The Advanced Intravenous Hand Training Model LF01139 is an ultra-realistic injectable hand simulator, perfect for advanced IV training. The dorsal surface of the hand features injectable metacarpal, digital and thumb veins. The flexible fingers are separately molded and are lifelike down to the last detail, even including fingerprints.
The IV hand allows students to develop the essential manipulation skills provided by flexion of the wrist. The skin on the model rolls as you palpate the veins and you will feel the characteristic 'pop' when the vein is entered. The veins and skin of the simulator are replaceable, allowing you to keep the model operating as new, with the model providing hundreds of uses before replacement is needed.
The Advanced IV Hand Simulator comes in storage box and includes one pint of simulated blood, 2 IV bags, butterfly set, 3 cc syringe, 12cc syringe and a 22 gauge needle.
