The Life-Size Heart Model is a durable vinyl heart model that can be separated into anterior and posterior sections, allowing access to its pumping chambers and valves. The blood vessels are colour-coded, with red indicating oxygenated blood and blue indicating deoxygenated blood.

There are 33 key cardiac features on the Life-Size Heart Model, each numbered for easy identification using the accompanying key.

The heart model is securely placed on a well-fitting display base, and it can be lifted off for interactive, hands-on observation and study.
