Skull with rubber bands representing masticatory muscles that simulate the movement of the mandible.

This skull model has the masticatory muscles including the lateralis, medialis, pterygoideus, temporal and masseter muscles. These are represented in the form of rubber bands enabling the demonstration of the closure of the mandible, induction of opening of the mandible and forward and lateral displacement of the mandible when functioning. This TMJ model also includes a removeable skull cap.
