The Cath-Ed 1 and Cath-Ed 2 Simulator Set LF01029 allows your students to gain a deeper understanding of what happens when they catheterize a patient. The set includes both male and female trainers and provides both a visual and tactile experience. The catheterization simulator features mid-saggittal dissections, which shows a detailed representation of the internal anatomy and by removing the plastic cover we can see the key anatomical structures.

The Cath-Ed 1 Male Simulator features normal restrictions at the bulbous urethra & bladder sphincter, helping your students to practice detection and identification. This model does not feature a functional bladder.

The Cath-Ed 2 female catheterization trainer represents a female patient, featuring a fully molded vulva to allow students to practice identifying the urethra and proper spreading of the labia. This simulator also features a functional bladder, allowing simulated urine to flow once the catheter is properly inserted. A Foley catheter can also be practiced, this can also be seen through the viewing port.

Each catheterization simulator comes with a sturdy carry case, lubricant, one catheter, a 50cc bulb, syringe and instruction book. Also includes 5 year warranty.
